Returns Policy

We want you to love your lingerie, it's as simple as that. If it doesn't fit, isn't right, or you just aren't totally in love with it, don't worry. Most items may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please include the return form that came with your order to ensure efficient processing.

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ITEMS:

• Within 15 days of receipt.
• With all tags and shields attached.
• Full priced items that have not been worn, altered or washed.

All underwear and swim bottoms are final sale for understandable reasons!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
All underwear, bodysuits, and swim bottoms are final sale for understandable reasons!

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Goods will only be accepted for exchange/store credit if they are returned within 15 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Please keep proof of return shipment.
